The location where it was filmed - the Basque Pyrenees is stunning.

At first it plays out like a typical black comedy but takes a really sinister turn then a very heartfelt ending.

*That* scene in Bone Tomahawk gave me problems. Took weeks for me to stop thinking about it.
I recently re watched it and even then I was hiding behind my hands lol
Kurt Russell is a very underrated actor and is wonderful in this.
He is. It’s a great film, which I really want to rewatch, but will need to book some therapy in advance.

Just watched Passchendaele, the Canadian film. It's a mixture or a love story and the battle, interesting take on it. The the first half of the film mostly deals with the home front, its not like a straight up war film with 2 hours of fighting.

Told you some of the scenes where as brutal as the haircuts,thought it was a decent go at it,parts were a bit corny but its worth a watch
