I've actually heard very differently. Not that it matters in terms of enjoying his films, but apparently he's very amiable and personable and gets to know all of the crew's names and such. Anyone who's into Scientology is weird imo, but that doesn't make them inherently bad. Still has some grim views on medicine and stuff though, so it depends on what angle you're looking at him

Yes. He loves making films and has a massive drive to learn everything he can from everyone on set and by all accounts is quite a decent dude on set.

However, it is the off-set stuff that I don't like. And Scientology is just a money making pyramid scheme that is actually an awful organisation. I encourage you to google it a bit and see just how crappy they are. All the high level Scientologists are dirtbags. And Tom Cruise is very high up the chain.

I know how awful Scientology is, I've watched all the documentaries. There's a reasonable chance that a lot of these celebrities are blackmailed/coerced into staying though, it makes it incredibly difficult to leave.

Yeah, it is, but from all accounts he isn't a very good person. Great actor and I do enjoy his films, but rates poorly on the arbitrary good person/bad person scale that society uses.

deffo prefer Katie Holmes...never found Kidman attractive, not even in Eyes Wide Shut or Dead Calm. I guess I don't like her acting style, she annoyed the fluff out of me in Dogville, since then can't quite abide her.

Is it just me that thinks if this is true it kind of makes me have to believe in scientology? The boys have done a good job after all and I would rather be on their side when judgement day comes and 1 million smiling Tom Cruise terminators start wasting all the non-believers.
