Last Film You Watched

Worth it for Charlize Theron's dirty character.

Wonder (2017) lovely movie, for sure. Very warm, feel good one. Teachers and parents should definitely see and take notes. Made me cry a bit.

8/10 from me. Recommended.

Been waiting for the Blu-rays, really down on watching it now, it's not getting great reviews on here.

It's not that bad, unplug your brain and enjoy it as a popcorn movie. The problem is most of us have had 30+ years to imagine what becomes of Luke, it was hardly ever going to match up to expectations and to be fair it isn't the greatest, but I found it watchable. (first time around at least)

Other than the character assassinations, the unapologetic copying of scenes and dialogue from The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, and regression of characters from The Force Awakens, it is actually quite a depressing watch, with much of the film set on a remote, windswept island.

If you love Star Wars, and particularly Luke Skywalker, do yourself a favour and swerve The Last Jedi.

Possibly one of the worst films I’ve ever seen.

A pyramid is discovered, that pre dates all others.

A small group of archeologists and a couple of reporters get lost inside and some bad stuff happens.

Utter utter rubbish.

Oh and James Buckley, who plays “ Jay “ in the Inbetweeners is in it.
