I think personally theres something in him coming back next season, hence why we're sticking with him for now instead of jibbing him off.

i) Depending on what you read Traore's salary is about £40k per week. Even if we were only paying half of that I'd be surprised if Bill sanctioned that for someone who might not even play for us. I'd imagine that our deal with Monaco is flexible and we might only pay them/him when he actually is fit.
ii) We can't bring anybody else in so, if he is likely to contribute before the end of the year, we might as well keep him. In all seriousness he could come off the bench to help win us the cup or help us get into Europe.

If he doesn't play again this season, come August he'll have started just 5 games in the last 12 months. That's nearly as bad as Gibbo. Also, Kone's meant to be back for the last couple of games and arguably would take precedence in getting a run-out ahead of Toure.

Agree I simply don't rate the lad tbh. Would like us to go for a more technical striker who could play as a false 9 if Lukaku goes back to Chelsea next season.

I would like to see us go for Bojan, he has fallen off the radar but was considered a potentially world class talent when he was young. I think Bobby could get the best out of him.
