Strangely enough, it’s not the government who called the nurses out on strike. That could be the RCN, who even though there is an acceptable pay offer on the table refuse to accept it. Meanwhile our so called Civil Service and the rest of our ‘Public Servants’ go on strike at the drop of a hat for four day weeks, wfh, while wanting to keep their golden pensions. Senior Civil Servants appear to have colluded with the Opposition before acceptance of well paid jobs with them, obviously while stitching up the Prime Minister. The real issues in this country have nothing to do with the media, even though I detest them, but more to do with the ‘Public Servants’ a misnomer if ever there was, who seem more concerned with their own bank balances and dragging the country down than anything else……

Scandalous isn't it? Imagine people having the nerve to want a decent wage, don't they know that all their money is meant to go to tax breaks for those who already have swelling bank balances and shareholders of companies who have been posting record profits upon record profits?

Next they will be trying to tell us that trickle down economics doesn't actually work.

Maybe if the many, many governments we’ve had over that period had actually tried to make things easier for public servants we wouldn’t be in this position with strikes happening constantly. The NHS, ambulance services, the police, the fire service, the border control, etc have all been gutted. Less people doing more hours and not getting paid more to make up for it.
