Exactly, I thought bringing on George was the right choice, but it wasn't going to work when we basically told liverpool we were going to pass it to him and no one else.
I thought the same too and it was such poor management from Moyes. Would have been better bringing illy left, Barry off, George down the middle and Rohl or Alcaraz if needed on the right.
The fact that he just let that game slip away when we had just scored, their 3rd choice keeper had come on and done nothing about it was really poor. He showed his limitations once again
Think he was poor for the most part today, at times he was good but I felt like he was massively in his shell today, pulled out of a few challenges and seemed a bit off it because of the occasion.
Been a good signing and did great for the goal though.

Thought he was one player always willing. A decent striker and right winger will help massively. Not getting enough players forward to help our attacking players out.
KDH is a player that even when off the boil can turn a game. He doesn't hide or go into a shell he just keeps at it.
If we can get Grealish, keep Illy and keep Garner (unsure about Branths cos of many injuries) and we have Pickford (although weak on crosses) then I believe the rest can all be improved upon. O'Brien as a CB, Armstrong is up and coming and Tim just needs that bit of consistency. We are still way off but have some real good players and have to be a bit more prudent in this summers market.
The jury is still out on the likes of Rohl & Dibling. Tarks and Gana may give us another season but they are not getting better. Still a hell of a lot to do but right back, left back, and decent forward seem priority
