2025/26 Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

We score more and win more games than we did when he was our creative driving force.
He was never allowed to be our creative driving force that’s kinda the whole problem.

We’re also not scoring more in a meaningful way. We’re on pace for like 41 goals which is right in the same range. The team is still a mess in attack. This is a management problem mostly, as it was with Iwobi.

I’ve said many times now we sold him at the right time for us and for him. It’s just funny as he drives a team that is better than us (and yes Fulham is better than us currently) that we can’t be humble enough to say maybe, just maybe, our litany of crap managers didn’t quite understand what kind of player he was.

Anyway we can bring this back to KDH who is also being misused and is far too safe of a player to ever be the central creative hub for a top half team.

Including Silva 🤔

Funny that we finished in the bottom 5 twice with him as our creative hub and then he left and we posted mid table points for the next 3 seasons in a row.
Creative driving force? Now who's not watching the matches? He mostly played CM, the guy was playing RB at one point.

Are Fulham better than us? They’re currently below us and we’ve done the double over them.

At some point the horseshoe is going to fall out of our collective asses. We’ve not put together a complete 90 minutes this entire calendar year more or less and yet we keep winning sometimes. Two of our three wins are directly tied to a goalkeeper dropping a relatively tame shot!

Now please do an in depth breakdown on ever Fulham game and how they’ve picked up their points buddy.

These things are very easily verifiable.

They are indeed, just by checking the line ups from those games I can see he played 3 times as a right WING back under Lampard (not the same thing)

We haven't put together a complete 90 minutes and we're 8th. That's not luck. That's a good team. That's a well drilled defence. That's good, if somewhat annoying, tactics. That an efficient team

You deserve a win if you score more goals. That's it. All other metrics don't matter.

You talk like a team needs 70% possession, Xg of whatever, most shots, more corners, more key passes etc etc etc blah blah bullshit ea sports stats, to deserve a win.

None of it matters. Just winning.

A good team is one that can win while not playing well. Ever heard that one?
