Out of the two I'd say Dyche is the one in danger.

Definitely, it's a results business and besides that apart from Brighton away last season the football to be honest is crap. Not a fan of the sack, sack, sack approach we've had since Moshiri has been in charge, but seriously how long do you wait to pull the trigger and whose there to do it.
 
For not signing a striker til so late in the window. For selling Richarlison and replacing him with Neil flipping Maupay - this clown should have been sacked ages ago. No apology will ever be enough
 

With players getting fit you can we scrambled a decent window together under horrible conditions. Hopefully he continues adding to the structure of the club aswell, with new roles, appointments and strategies.
we have been able to move players on for decent fees as well which we haven’t been good at for years. Getting someone to actually pay for Iwobi was incredible business.
Need a midfielder in January as a priority in jan I’d say.
