Good interview that. Seems happy.

Also interesting watching the sprint training. Baines smokes Clev easy. Then you see Rom and Gueye having a decent race and Jags finishing five yards ahead of them and easing up. Still got his pace.

We got him for like £6m and he's always scored and created goals for us. If he hasn't 'repaid' us yet then I despair for the likes of Cleverley.

I think it's clear that Martinez and Mirallas fell out massively, and that Koeman has decided to give him every chance to prove himself. I can't ask for more than that and I suspect Mirallas is going to have the best season of his Everton career this year.

You're assuming Martinez would realize that it means Kev doesn't like him, but he probably thinks their current relationship is in a phenomenal moment of its form.
