Remember years ago when City were just the old City without the cash and success and their fans thought that Julian Goater and Giorgi Kinkladze were outstanding? If ever we have success we'll look back on tat like Mirallas in the same way as City fans do now on Goater and Kinkladze: nostalgic, but shaking their heads at the thought they could ever have been so desperate.

Have you got Shaun Goater and Julian Joachim muddled up there?

What a potent strike force that would have been.

Oh.

In which case who is Julian Goater?
I don't know where he fits into your scenario but he's a good example of a big fish in a small pond.

Mirallas has been that since he signed for us.

He and his agent must piss themselves laughing at the amount of wages he's got out of Everton. He must have had £15m in wages so far. By the end of his time here he'll have walked off with about £20m.

£20m for that divvy. Unreal.

Oh, so you do think we will kick on like City and spend money and win leagues then. Happy days.

No mate, that's why I stated "if we ever have success".

I expect nothing from the regime of the poorest billionaire in the world.

Did you even moan about signing the like of McGeady, Niasse, Kone and Cleverley? They are on bar with your examples. At least Mirallas is far more useful than them.

Prefer to go back to the good old days of being owned by "just" a millionaire then..

People have short memories.
