if he aint got it then he cant give it, he also doesnt have the ability to get loans without someone else bankrolling it, they probably thought that a buyer would have come in by now as well and wipe out any debt, lets face it wtf is going on when derby county can find buyer and we cant, is it the feeling that the rs will overshadow us and so we will never be a big money maker, the 2nd team in the city syndrome.
