Kenwright or Kenwrong

Let’s add a poll?

1. Thanks Bill. Please stay at helm, Captain.

2. Time to shuffle off. Well passed his sell by. Honorary Chairman to be wheeled out occasionally but zero say.

3. Bog off now, Kenwright, you leech.

4. Smelly Stilton on mouldy bread.

I'd go with No.2 under protest, because he won't go without a sop to his ego.
Edit; thinking about it No. 2 sums him and his tenure right up

We've had grey for pretty much 30 yrs, just existing

To be fair some clubs are struggling to do even that.

During his time here we have generally been in the top 10 clubs in England and more often than not the "best of the rest".

Again that's not ideal, not what anyone wants as such either but is it such a disaster? (and words to that effect).

He has been a bog average chairman in the grand scheme of things and generally very consistent in an average way. Some good points (Our community work, the fact that we generally do things in a classy way) and some bad points (Ground moves, not spending money for a while etc).

So whilst I don't think we should be canonizing him or anything I don't really get the utter hatred spewed by some either. Then again I don't "get" a lot to do with modern football and indeed modern people in general.

English please ?
If youre objecting to my typo mistakes its 4 am here in Thailand, i am passing comment and stating an opinion on an interesting post albeit on a tiny phone keyboard and i have impaired vision.
Go ahead continue to contribute your meaningful input to this debate , unless of course you're suggesting the new board should all be English which is patently absurd.
I guess i could trawl back through all of your posts to find your typing errors but that would be churlish . Which of course you probably dont understand either semantically or intentionally.
If you dont want to suffer my typo feel free to press the ignore button ... thats what its for

gave up on him after the KD fiasco. wasted £4m in trying to sell us the deal of the century DK which would have been the worst decision in everton history. cheers bill. *claps

Gave up reading that blog after the first three paragraphs. Full of lazy cliches I've heard many times regarding this clown masquerading as our Chairman.

I've wanted him out since that traumatic summer of 2004 this club went through. And ever since then we've had more errors, mistakes, lies, numerous cock-ups. Hogging the limelight when things are going well but cowardly going into hiding when things are bad. No success at all under his watch too.

He'd have been chased out years ago had he fronted a top club. And here is years down the line still having a big say in this club and still using his Evertonian credentials as a protective shield and loads still fall for it.

Bill Kenwright, beyond being a fan, has got nothing to offer this club and truth be told, he never has.

Succinct.

Wow. A cure for cancer and world peace are immanent. BK! Is there nothing he can't do? I am surprised pilgrims are not making their way to Goodison to be healed by this saint.

The worst thing to ever happen to this club.

Just give it up Bill. Your piss sodden train set has been bought by someone who ACTUALLY wants us to go places. Not unlike Bill with his ring fenced money and his stories of the boys pen. No one cares Bill. Just give it up and hand over this once great club which you have RUINED !!!

When we ousted Johnson, Kenwright spun his lie about finding the right buyer.

The unearthing of the hottest talent of a generation was the opportunity to attract huge sponsorship, build a team around him & sell the club to someone who could do it justice. But Kenwright’s only concern was his own ego. Dirty tricks employed to turn the Rooney family against the club. He couldn’t get him out quick enough.

He’s lied to fans. Fckd up Kings Dock. Tried to move us to championship stadium in Kirkby.

I don’t want him to have any sort of honorary role. What has he done to deserve that position?

I want the chairman who has overseen the least successful period in our club’s history to be treated how he deserves, with utter disdain.
