Kenwright on the OS

behave yourself. Getting myself into trouble. I couldn't care less what people think of me.

I feel strongly about something, but I'm obviously the black sheep eh mate? Everyone thinks I am an idiot (trying to convey a word without swearing is not easy, especially when you know what you want to say, but can't.)

Was'nt talking about you mate. I wish not to get into the fundamentals but that message was not aimed towards you Nick.

I would prefer Kenwright find an investor than a buyer. I don't know how feasible either are, but BK is perfect for us in all ways except financial...and the occasional lie...and his wish to move us outside the city boundaries.

That might sound like a strong case against, but he's atleast a real football fan, understands the need for stability etc, and it seems nothing short of relegation could bring him to sack Moyes. A new investor would be far more likely to sack Moyes and then we'd just piss money up the wall like Spurs for years.

The thing is, Everton FC's major shareholders have gone on record that they are not willing to sell their shares. That just leaves 'an investor' as some mythical creature that throws a bag of loot over the wall and wants nothing in return but a nice thank you. Unless there's a rights issue, which BK and the rest equally wont entertain.

As for the recession: well he'd been looking 24/7 before that ever kicked in and still came up empty handed, surprise surprise.

This Kirkby decision will sort things out, though. There's people on that board who are only there to get their noses in the trough if the go ahead is given, and if isn't they wont hang around for the next stadium fiasco. Bill will be very vulnerable at that point.

Well done Dave you mentioned the "K" word, hah knew it would not take long after all that is what the K in your title stands for is it not.

As for investors or owners look at the morons who own QPR, now I do not want to go that way!!(n)
