Can't help but feel sorry for him on a human level, you know that lad is going to get everything from death threats to bricks through his windows. It's only a sport at the end of the day, people shouldn't have their lives ruined by what happens in a game of football but I really do fear for this lad now. We know how many idiots they are in this world, especially in their fanbase. They hacked into Dele Alli's social media for winning a penalty against them, they'll be digging up this lad's relatives and abusing their corpses.

Especially worrying is some are mentioning his kids - it is almost certainly empty talk but as a parent he’ll likely have to put some protection for them in place for a bit just in case or send them off to grandparents.
