Karius

He had an absolute shocker which I am very thankful for but the way his team mates and Klopp treated him after the final whistle was a disgrace in my opinion. Not one of them went over to console him yet a number of Real players did. Felt a bit sorry for him not like he did it on purpose. Says everything about that club! Made up they lost!

In my euphoria over the lads performance last night I forgot to mention that when Gary Sprakes threw the ball into his net all those years ago, the world thought it hilarious when the Kop humiliated him by singing Careless Hands.

Jürgen Klopp makes Karius Liverpool’s No 1 and says: ‘It’s time to deliver’

He certainly did 'deliver' a whole load of delightful belly laughs. Mignolet will be laughing the loudest. Mind didn't see him on the pitch afterwards probably couldn't stop himself laughing.

They love that YNWA rubbish and fail to understand the irony as their fans stand round with their phones filming an innocent getting absolutely battered by that Roma mob. Then the players ignore Karius as he walks off the pitch proverbially right in the middle of that storm completely alone and a large section of the fans seem to be keen on crucifying him .

Of course the first goal doesn't happen without Karius but Van Dijk made a mistake that led to the ball being played over the top in the first place. He then turns his back on the play. Not a word will be said against that golden boy.

Same with Alexander-Arnold, thought he was poor too. They weren't winning anyway but lovely to think they can torture themseleves over Ramos and Karius from stopping it being a convincing 3-0 win to them.

That is Klopp for you.

Again, while I am glad he made his howlers I have to personally give credit to him for having the bravery to go over and apologise to the fans.

He must have felt absolutely awful, which will have been exacerbated by the behaviour of his own players, yet acted like a real man about it.
