I understand where you are coming from, but we should never bring ex players back unless they are still good or can fill a coaching role. Sentimentality holds this club back

I’m very proud of EITC. The coaching roles should be filled on merit though, not jobs for the boys.

And definitely shouldn’t have wasters near the club.
