Not saying there aren't better keepers in world football than him, but none of those would come to us

Pickford is 100% the best keeper a club in our position could have, and it's been that way for years

Love how much it winds up fans of other clubs that he's England #1 too

He's simply the best English goalkeeper, and unlike his challengers he plays every week

Thankfully Southgate has kept picking him despite us being crap for so long, and that has definitely helped with us holding on to him. In the past other England managers might not have picked him because he played for Everton, even though he's demonstrably the best option, but Southgate has picked him regardless, and that's been a huge boost for us because he hasn't had to move to get into the England team

Anyone at the game yesterday get onto where he kicked a long ball forward which looked like it was going out so all the horse punchers are shouting their "WAYYYYY", but dcl ended up keeping it in, beating his man and winning a free kick, pickford is running around doing fist pumps ahahhahahaah he's boss him. I think he’s grown up a lot and is a real leader in the team now. He definitely let them in his head before but that was pre-Carlo now I’d say. The biggest thing Ancelotti did for us was sorting Jordan’s head as he’s been immense ever since.

Love that he still has that beautiful cheeky shithouse element to his game though, so great seeing him love the goals last night as much as we would against the RS - we all know just how he feels!
