But it's not an argument. Most keepers win the award for best keeper because of most clean sheets. That's how people will argue for De Gea.
The absolute howlers don't count against? The question on the table, in my mind, should be how many points the keeper picks up that you otherwise don't get.

You're clearly drunk mate.

Have a read through that again and give me a clue to what the christ you're trying to say.

Nice one.
It's 10:24 on a Sunday morning over here. I'm clearly sober. Obviously, I'm referring to de Gea's howlers this season, in relation to the clean sheets.

Most clean sheets = people will vote he's been the best keeper

Simple. As. That.
My point is that's a naive way to judge the best keeper. I would like to think that people are a little more sophisticated than that.

Guys, I am not saying he's been the best keeper, I thought that was fairly obvious.
I get that.

I think we're more confused with the analogy of if I go to 10 parties and I throw up at 5 of them I have a drinking problem.

fantastic keeper in open play but one of the worst keeper in dealing with free kicks.

Rarely see any modern keeper stands at such a far end when facing a free kick so close to the center of the pitch.

He conceded tonnes of goals doing the same thing over and over again.

He would’ve stop the free kick if he position himself one step towards the Center of the goal today.
