I know you lot have Sky but we have NBC here in the States and they were just as bad. Literally everything Liverpool did was right and everything Everton did was wrong. "And DCL scores.......great header" and then "MANE!!! OHHHH WHAT A GREAT LIVERPOOL MOVE!" when he got saved right after DCL scored. Just pathetic honestly.

He definitely got away with 1 today, but credit where its due, that 1 save from the header was absolutely stunning.
Never been a fan, and he showed with that at the end why he can never truly be trusted, but that was amazing. The sort of save that gives me hope we can at least get some money back on him when we inevitably go for an upgrade.
The tackle everyone kept going on about was clumsy, but as a goalkeeper, defending his near post, he had every right to go for it and make himself as big as possible. Schmeichel made those sorts of saves/challenges on a regular basis. Van Dijk was just unlucky. That's the way it goes sometimes. But the way the commentary team went on, you think he'd set out to hobble him. To be fair to Pickford, I don't think he's bright enough to be that calculated. He's just a clumsy dope.

We need to back him more than ever now after that, we probably has a fatwa issued against him already, the press have been baying for his blood in recent times, everybody is gonna go at him now, he doesn't need our fans piling in on top of him 2. On the VVD injury if he hadn't come out and taking man and ball I would have been disappointed in him, in no way did he mean to do him a long term injury,he wasn't even looking at him. He made world class saves a'll day and got away with murder at the end.
