However having said all that I understand that Chelsea maybe in the market for a new keeper.
The Q then remains who is the quality GK we can realistically get to replace him?

Think the thing which grates some fans including me is that he doesn't really accept criticism. He should just be getting on with training hard, accepting advice and try and eliminate his errors. Things like the error on saturday and his laughing after the Man City goal grate with people. Every keeper makes errors but atm he is making more errors than most. Hes still young and hopefully will be getting coached right so maybe he will get better.

Confidence is a great trait to have but when it turns to arrogance, that’s when it becomes a problem. Pickford comes across as very arrogant.

I'm certain he does but he doesn't seem to be learning rom his mistakes atm That's the worrying thing. I've noticed he has started to come out and catch crosses even though he messed one up were zaha went down for the penalty. So he is obviously been told to do that.
I've just read all that article on bbc and it's pretty cringeworthy. Seems very worried about his England place and the knee injury comment is laughable.
Said a few times I'd like a taller keeper. Teams are targeting him at corners. Just put a man in front of him and he is taken out at corners. We need players in like a cb, cm and attacker first but Jordan needs to start growing up, accept criticism and try and eliminate stupid mistakes.
For me just taking the last 2 games I'd put him at fault for all 3 goals
Watford 1st goal a shot right across him bounces over him
2nd goal instead of staying upright he dives making it easy for the player to put it over him

That's why I say he needs to work really hard training cos atm he is making too many mistakes
