I don’t know any such thing, mate. The very fact that we created very presentable chances so early shows that we went there with more belief in ourselves from the first whistle than we’ve had in some time.

Everyone on here knows your online character and that you love to be the contrarian, but the anti-Pickford agenda is laughable. Funny thing is, his confidence is what makes him unique in the league; he’ll bounce back from his clanger better than any of the other keepers could and that’s just part of the reason we should be glad we have him. Every single keeper will drop at least one clanger per season, it’s all about how they react to it.
He'll bounce back in a game we can easily win.

The difference between class GKs and the rest is they step up and do a job in big matches. Pickford hasn't got the composure or focus.

They have the power to change our mentality. We cant do it for ourselves. We rely on them finally growing a pair and facing down Liverpool's dominance. It's been done before and can be done again.

But it makes it a hell of a lot easier to do that when you have genuine top GK who has a pair of bollocks on him rather than that phoney Pickford.

We will smash them at Goodison, 6 or 7 nil.

No, we wont. Unfortunately.

We'll maybe eke out a 1-1 draw.

We will Dave, Nick Pope will score a hatrick.

Your hate for Pickford is getting a bit weird Dave.

Even though we`re nearly 24 hrs after the match, you`re still on one :hayee:
24hours is early grieving period for me. A derby day loss of that magnitude wont be out of my system for weeks. It was the very good performance ruined by an avoidable howler dimension that will haunt me.

That was demonstrated in the very first minute when he raced out to almost the corner flag and sliced a clearance over the bye-line to give them a corner kick.
