I deal in facts only mate, I didnt have a clue who I was at age 16, didnt know where I was going in my life, had insecurities over my body/looks like 95% of folk that age and certainly wouldn't have had the maturity to make a massive decision like gender reassignment.

Problem is we live in a society without common sense / morals and sadly many irresponsible parents.

Shut up lol

I have a degree of sympathy with sone of this, as I wasn't really the best at knowing who I was at such an age.

However, I've also met some incredibly mature and well rounded folk too. I've also known 40, 50 and 60yr old make major life decisions they regret.

I dont know a single person who at age 16-21 (particularly lads) could have made such a life changing decision who had the maturity level and also more importantly the life experience to know the long term consequences of such a massive decision.

Sadly the Far Left care little about these peoples long term wellbeing and you see the outcome of this in the grim statistics.

I'm not sure the far left are forcing folk to have surgery, like.

So because you didn't have understanding to means noone does?

It doesn't just happen overnight, you know that right? It's a pretty long process to get to the decision being made. And includes numerous psychiatric reports etc being completed and various other steps including some very strict criteria for young people. But I'm sure you've read up on it to know all of that right?

This is nothing to do with the "Far Left"
It's to do with human beings who have been dealt an incredibly difficult hand in life and are trying to navigate it as best as they can, you utter ghoul.

Well it is because there can be no discussion at any level of society regarding the concerns of gender reassignment for young people who lack life experience, wisdom, maturity and dont yet have a fully developed brain without being labelled "transphobic" "ghoul" etc.

You've proven my point entirety my friend !

“Far left” has absolutely no say in the trans issue. It is a phrase used by the far right to pretend there is some sort of balance among the sides. But “far left” is mostly anarchists, weird violent authoritarian leaders, and anti-capitalists, etc.

Human rights, such as the trans issue, is mainstream and centrist, not far left.

I appreciate I'm jumping in a bit here mate, but a Geordie in a dress is a Geordie in a dress isnt it? And the key question is, if a bloke (Geordie or otherwise) wants to wear a dress, is this a problem? Surely in a free society, we can let me people wear what clothes they like?

On the 2nd point, you can probably rephrase this to men abuse women, and powerful men do this even more. It fits on a continuum of male violence against women and girls. It's not taken seriously and it really ought to be.

As for drag Queen Story, as a former primary teacher, I'd probably agree this was inappropriate. For adults though, dragn events are really good fun, and you should definitely give one a try if you have a chance. Youd probably quite like it.
Yet again you haven`t grasped the concept i`m discussing.
If you insist on "jumping in" then you need to read through the discussion- I already said" i`m ok with Geordies wearing dresses" - it`s only them taking their tops off at the match that i find offensive.
So you think XXX rated drag acts are "probably" inappropriate for primary schoolchildren- You`re not 100% sure? - Why would a grown man want to flaunt himself wearing womens clothes in front a little kids?
There are 2 questions that spring to mind here -
1/ Do they "get off" by flaunting themselves in front of little kids and 2/ Do you "get off" watching drag acts.

Shakespeare used to use a male only cast. We should probs stop teaching that to school kids.

Quick question, why do clothes have a gender? Last I checked, my clothes had no physical anatomy that would indicate a gender.

Children are happy to wear any clothes, and lots of little boys are happy to wear dresses (and choose to). It's not them that decides to stop wearing them, it's usually that they re told to.

Also, A XXX drag show would be inappropriate. As would any XXX show. A drag show that isn't XXX rated may well be appropriate (and i dont believe DQSH is xxx rated). But as with all shows, drag or not, would need to be seen first by the teacher to decide if appropriate.

Clothes are used to fetishize sexuality.
We know predators wormed their way in to the church etc gaining access to vulnerable people. Surely we have learned enough to be at least wary of letting the same thing happen again and to know that positions of trust are targeted and abused.

So let's tarnish a whole demographic. Cool. I'm glad we judge whole sections of society by what a very small minority does. Always works out well.

Looks like nothing XXX about DQSH mind.

Oh and the posts you shared are about different organisations. One was set up a library that failed to do the required checks rather than DQSH.
