It's not like Koeman hasn't played youngsters.
Can't go through half a season with a Monday Thursday fixture list and just one 20 year old RB.

Usually you decide if a player is good based on performances and he played well on Saturday. Also i didn't say he is quality, just that he's quality back up.

I think he defends with his heart more than with his head. He often jumps into tackle and mistime but it is okay he is still learning his trade.lol
