This in lies the problem. I've not watched SSN today but don't suppose it's even been mentioned yet remember the decision that went against the RS and it was on for at least 3 days after. Everyone laughs it off if it's us, the ref would be punished if he give it against a sky darling so they are much less likely to be fair.

not just us mate, Leicester got absolutely done to bits last week at Arsenal, blatand 100% hand ball in the box by Holden (also on a yellow), nothinggiven, all this was while Leicester were 1 up.
Not a dicky bird about it at full time as Arsenal had came back to win 3-1.
But if the shoe was on the other foot, wether it be Arsenal, Chelsea, Utd, Liverpool or City, it would be a 3 day witch hunt against who ever gave the decision!
It appears to be the likes of us, Leicester, West Ham (those clubs that are pretty established, big clubs but not in the above bracket seem to be the biggest victims of it!
Not a coincidence the only 2 players been done for restrospective bans are from West Ham & Everton

And again yesterday Arsenal get the benefit, Lacazette flicks one on with his hand which was definitely not in a "natural" position" at a corner, next thing ball's bundled over for an Arsenal goal! Anyway back to Jon Moss - by some distance the worst ref in the PL!

This guy should not be tasked to officiate any of our matches this season, let alone the one against top 6 side. He butchered us vs Arsenal, vs ManU already. At the very least keep him away until Christmas.

Club should weigh in and pressure the authorities (using press, social media etc)

When VAR wasn't brought in at the start of the season, I questioned the honesty of the Premier League. Italy has always been considered 'a bit dodgy', but they were prepared to use VAR. The only reason not to introduce it was to allow refs to favour certain teams. Is this because of the PL, or the sponsors. Either way, we know the league is not genuine.

I did the same. I'm not shouting conspiracy, but it has given the refs a lot more chance to favour the big six and things are going that way this season, literally every week.

A lot of "I can see why he's given it" shouts because seeing the Gueye got the ball was tough but what was not tough was to see that Martial took another step after the contact and launched himself in the air. It was clearly an over the top dive and Moss fell for that part anyway.
Martial should at least get a retrospective ban and we should push for it
Might stop blatant diving against us if we challenge cheaters

Why will VAR take so long to come to the prem ? why will tthe sky 6 continue to get every call their way ? the refs plus every other fat cat on the Premiere league/sky /BT contracts will continue to make sure thier pockets are lined. Just imagine a top 6 containing ourselves .watford, bournemouth etc, the next sky contract would be a quater of what it is currently due to overseas rights. When this all comes out one day it will rival the Fifa scandel.

So what can we do about it?
I cancelled Sky Sports, a concerted movement of fans outside the Sky 6 doing the same is the only way to have an effect

Nothing much we can do, other than the manager being as vocal as he can be about incidents like this and the players could do with being a bit more assertive in contesting decisions when its warranted.

If the general impression is that we don't care enough, then referees and others won't care either, and they don't anyway.

Moan as much as possible when we are hard done by, its just fighting your corner, all the 'big' clubs never stop moaning, its just presented in different terms by the media outdoing each other to pander to their agenda.

There should really be VAR, and independent post-match auditing at random of past decisions, just to see what % of them are still considered valid in the cold light of day, by people who have no in-built bias. The Premier League can't even implement its own officials handling VAR.

It's hard to see what can be done other than that, referees are human and just like the general population it isn't far-fetched to suggest that many of them must be swayed psychologically towards the glamour teams, whether they would acknowledge that privately or not. The more intervention there is in decision making therefore i.e. VAR, the better.

Mike Reed was the classic example of biased refereeing, with his fist clenched in celebration of an RS goal in a few seconds where he forgot to keep up the pretence and the mask slipped. God knows what its like now.

Did we follow an official process to remove Clattenburg from our games? if so we should be doing the same for Moss, his reputation needs to be damaged because he is consistently incapable of officiating fairly.
