So some bloke on the radio says it, so it must be true?

I still don't think Moyes has acted well with Lescott. He's forced him out by blaming all this on him.
 

notice how he said everyone has there price...Haha that's the same as tapping up isn't. They will offer twenty mil in the next three days and its goodbye Lescott.

I'm pretty sure they are considered the same. If you play in any European Cup competition, you are cup tied for the season.

one player per side can play in both cups (saw it on a fulham forum when they were talking about selling hangeland)

what's curious though, is if lescott did play, we sold him to, lets say, man utd, who subsequently finished 3rd in the group, would he be cup-tied to us.

at any rate preventing him from being cup tied increases his value if we sell him to a champions league team, so i've got my fingers crossed.

So I'm guessing that my little theory regarding preventing him from being cup tied may actually be a possibility.

English clubs in Europe:

Man Utd - Vidic could leave for Barca. Moyes was at their match last night.
Chelsea - Don't really need, but could afford, and may want to spite City for trying to lure Terry.
Liverpool - Have just bought a defender.
Arsenal - Have shown interest and are actively seeking another defender.
Aston Villa - Joleon is a Villa fan.
Fulham - Could be losing Hangeland.

The plot thickens lol :lol:

City arent in Europe, no other clubs have made bids, no other club will bid more than City. So can we end the talk of anybody else buyin him.

Also can we stop the fantasy football talk of which players we would want in part Exchange, we will either get Dunne, Haim, Jo or Petrov, all the other players they want.
