With the club's current form, Yobo's going to have to wait a bit to get back into the team.

I'm a Yobo fan too but you don't change a winning team or a drawing team

. I like Baines at LB and as Toccy says, Lescott is looking good in the centre.

Hard question really, Yobo has been our best defender since Moyes came in but we look more natural now with Baines at LB. Just glad we have the choice as any injury doesn't really affect our back 4 as much as a lot of other clubs as they are all superb players

see my thread about 5 in the back, i made it for this very reason, baines is great, but yobo has been groomed to be our next captain for some time, you can't leave either of them out.

Baines has looked a really good player since he came in and the team looks more balanced, so I can see why we're having the debate personally. Someone will have to be left out and won't be happy and I think they all deserve to be in the team but I don't think 5 at the back is an option myself

Do you mean as he's started to mature or whatever?

Why dont' you ask that Charlton player who smashed it home while we were leading 1-0 all because Yobo was doing his laces up?

I could point out more mistakes from Yobo then from Jags.

Just ask Eduardo (twice) in 1 game. I could give you loads about Jag but god knows why were talking about either because Baines is a load of sh*te and should be on the bench....tranmere's!

You have to go with form and wit that you cant leave Baines out.

As much as i think Yobo is an unsung hero due to longevity i think it would poor man management if Moyes was to drop Baines, after his performences.
