Exactly. Moyes will play his best team when possible. He isnt stupid and leaving your best defender out shouldnt really be considered

He cant drop Baines, hes playing well. What sort of message would that send out? If he was going to drop him he would have dropped him vs the RS, seems he was up against the taller kuyt, would have given him a perfect "excuse".

I'd have to stick with the present back four as long as possible. Lescott and Jagielka are more comfortable with the ball at their feet. Also, Baines has a good attacking game. The formation that Moyes is playing, with Arteta and Neville playing deep, allows the full backs to get forward knowing there is good cover should they get out of position.

Lescott is looking superb at centre back in my opinion, he's looked uncomfortable at left back this season and has maintained that he wants to play centre back.
I think he brings composure to the back four, something Yobo and Jags don't bring despite them having other quality attributes. Baines also brings composure and pace.
