I think the media tagged us as " the dogs of war" and joe played up to it, the same way Moyes has played up to the "plucky Everton" tag in recent times,
We played some good stuff at times under Joe Royle, but for me whenever Ferguson played it was an easy get out for the defenders to launch it down field.

I will always be thankful to joe Royle though, for the FA cup in 95 and for players that got you off your seat, like Andrea Kanchelskis
