Looks like bravo to city could take until the deadline but hart may force a move out quicker. Bet he is pretty miffed to be left out twice and not even given a chance.

Caballero starting tonight for City.

That's Hart gone if he's not even getting cup games.

Would have made him cup tied for the CL, in the extremely unlikely event that one CL club came calling anyrate.

HART CAN PLAY FOR CITY TONIGHT

Joe Hart can play for Man City against Steaua Bucharest in the first leg of their Champions League play-off tonight and still be eligible to feature for another club in the group stage of a UEFA competition, according to article 42.07 of the governing body's regulations.

The England international 'keeper's future at the Etihad is in doubt after new boss Pep Guardiola left him on the bench for their Premier League opener with Sunderland on Saturday.

Come on Joey surely you know form is temporary, class is permanent.

Joe Hart has been playing for one of the top teams in England, won league titles and played year on year in champions league- earning numerpus MOTM and clean sheets.

He would be a fantastic signing for us.
Did you see his face when Sunderland equalised laughing away don't want him big head will upset the dressing room IMO
Over the hill as well always a mistake in him poor distribution too waste of space IMO ok!

Can't just rewrite history and act like he hasn't been one of the best keepers in the league for quite a while. Mistakes and all that are greatly exaggerated because he's English although that's not to say he's perfect but he has in the past 2-3 years had to play with an unstable defence in front of him as well. Would be an unbelievable coup for the club and if you disagree please explain what you expect after watching Howard for the past few years?

Is he a good player and would make us a better team? Yes, agree with you on that.

Would he be an unbelievable coup for the club? Not unless the transfer fee is next to nothing or he takes a massive pay cut.

The problem is that he is quite possibly the highest paid keeper in the world (not totally sure on this), which although he is good he clearly does not justify being paid this much. If the transfer fee takes into account the burden of his massive wages or he is willing to take a significant pay cut, I would be for this.

Definitely against paying a big fee and big wages far in excess of what the player brings to the team. Unless you are United (massive revenue streams make player wages insignificant) or City (owners with bottomless money pit) it does not work and is not a sustainable model. QPR and Newcastle are excellent examples of this.

So that's why he's not playing dropped his wallet on his foot!

Your top line is all of it,the rest is gossip.

If he lets goal in like he did at the Euros then No also city have dropped him before fot clangers in the nets too many mistakes in him lmo!
How many mistakes did Howard make, hes a top keeper maybe out of sorts but still a top keeper,w e would be stupid not to try and get him in.

Just my perspective with the reasons supporting it. What are your thoughts? I get that you like him, but it's been a pretty much open secret all summer that Guardiola doesn't want him, why do you think nobody has gone for him yet?

Why are you so concerned about the transfer fee and wages? Let Moshiri bank roll the transfers and let's get a calibre of players on board which we've previously not had the luxury of being able to attract.

Hart has been good enough for Man City, a multiple title winning side, for the last 10 years, and is still well in his prime - players like him don't come cheap, it would be an amazing coup.
