Based on absolutely nothing only gut feeling. Begovic available for 8m or so. Probably on half the wages hart is on. Just my opinion.

Leno is very very good but just as liable to a mistake as Hart, IMO. However, he is 5 years younger.

Lacazette is class but wants CL football. IF Rom went I'd imagine we'd throw a lot of money going for him though - but Lyon really don't want to sell.

tbf, at that age hart had never made a mistake. He had been pretty faultless up until two seasons ago imo.

Fresh challenge would be good for him.

Thats why im glad the window closes at 11pm a week wednesday,no more saying we are signing this or that player etc,though it will no doubt come out that we missed out on a certain player [pick your name] after the window closes and he will sign in jan,the cycle just goes around and around

I'm still in the cynical corner. I do believe we will spend a good lump of cash, but I just don't buy into the 'money is no object' scenario. That's why I think we will go for Begovic and then put the money saved on wages and fee (if hart was available for 20m or whatever) on other positions.

Think Begovic is by far the better goalie, better value and far less baggage.
