Will be good if he could be back in October/November. Get a good few games over the Christmas period then really be in shape for the run in.

I really wonder how he will come back mate. The one thing you can see, and it's about all you can say positively, is that the medical science around football now is fantastic. He will get every chance. I mean if we could get him back to the player he was at Mainz, alongside Allan and Doucoure, it is a really exciting prospect.

Apart from my wanting him to come back and be the player he was at Mainz for the sake of Everton I really hope he can do it for himself. I know he is getting paid a fortune while he recovers and he will be alright financially no matter what happens but it would be a waste of a talent if he can’t make a comeback. Hopefully mate, I still feel that his muscles are bound to have decomposed a fair amount despite what his team have him doing.

Decomposed, is he dead? I’m not sure our physios have the skills to Lazarus pro players.
He’ll likely be doing rehab type things like a lot of water based exercises. I doubt our physio team would’ve allowed his muscles to go atrophic
