9 on the bench means we can put him in the squad once he is fit and bring him on late on if we still have a substitution to do in last 5. Could also use in u23 slowly build him up until he can complete full games. There is no rush in my opinion if we can get him ready for the start of next season I think that should he the target. Anything before that is just a bonus. If we get European football next season we definitely need him to rotate with Allan.

Yet they are quick in releasing updates on Allan...on twitter...could be fit for united. Silence on gbamin...

He'll be back training when the medical staff think he's strong enough.

He'll be back available for selection when the coaching staff think he's ready.

Can you please update the forum why you have such an insatiable thirst for injury updates, have you always been this needy?

I have an insatiable thirst for transparency and honesty...something the club is clearly not doing in the case of Gbamin. I am amazed at the number of fans in this forum that defend the club over the handling of this situation. People forget that the club exists because of the fans...the only thing I want in return from the club is being honest with us. If the guy is not going to play again this season, just say it...

I don’t think the club really give a toss what you want in all fairness.

I want the club to do what is right by the player. If transparency is not in the best interest of the players we'll being, whether that be physical or mental, then it's fine by me.

And I get that.

They are being transparent.

They do give updates.

Would you rather they publish a list of Physical KPIs they have set the player so forum members can publicly shame him if recovery takes longer than thought?

He'll be back when everyone (including the player) is satisfied they are physically and mentally ready.
