2025/26 Jarrad Branthwaite

Put the crack pipe away.....every decent side in the league would have an interest in him. The price is the price. If you pay £50M for Lenny Yoro then price really isn't an issue.

Out of interest, how much do you think clubs would offer for him this window?

Also how much in the summer if he got back to his best ?

He shouldn’t. Keane and JOB have been solid. Needs to earn his place. Will make him better and make sure he’s playing to his fullest ability.

Keane cant move which has led to the defence camped deeper & gaps with midfield in games.

Need to add pace. Branthwaite is light years above Keane.

To be honest Zat I think most recruitment teams in the know would do their homework and fully understand that as a footballer he is going to get injured now and then, and I expect they're professional enough to know it's not a long term issue and it's just fragile Evertonians on a forum who think he's 'injury prone'.
If they could steal a march in January I'd fully expect his price would be a good margin more than the clown Yoro was acquired for, and if it was in the Summer then I'd expect nearer £70M.

And, if he's that injury-prone, while are the same fragile Toffees so scared of losing him?

Mate with all due respect, that seems to be only you currently.

Really Mike? When did I say I was frightened of losing him?
I simply made a tongue-in-cheek comment about him returning to fitness during the January window.
Amazing how you can read into a post and get completely the wrong angle.

This doesnt make for pretty reading.

I think that hes an immense player who could be the titan at the back for the next decade.

Not to mention that he should be in the England squads going forward. A superstar to go with Armstrong and Dibling along with the likes of Garner and KDH would give us a very strong English core.

But you cant not worry about the amount of games hes missing.

For people saying he walks straight back into the team..... Are you all mad? This is Moyes we talking about here.... Keane has probably been our best defender this season.

Keane is a weak link for the simple reason that he has no pace and the entire defence has to adjust for that. Which also means the team needs to adjust for it.

Not to mention that Branthwaite is levels above him.

The only thing is that he's been out for so long now that he may need to be eased back in.

If we get a decent RB and O'Brien can play with Tarkowski we'll have the time to do that
