Wasn't a reckless challenge though was it? Meaning it would have only been a 1 game ban anyway? Is JB not still suspended for a game after his sending off versus Brentford?
Technically only missed Palace and Arsenal - he was out on loan last season

We play him regularly this season and next summer we'll sell him for £50m+
Not sure about that. I think it depends on a number of factors, including the stadium.
If we get a £50m+ offer for anyone this season or next their being sold imo.
Besides thats the type of team we need to be.
Theres a handful of players who shouldnt be sold this summer. I suspect it would be the same next summer.
People are putting a lot of pressure on this kid to be brilliant it seems like the expectations are sky high for him I don’t know if he’s going to be able to live up to them.
In a ideal world I'd agree with you but the position the clubs in everyone is for sale at the right price.
Its up to the dof to have the replacements already identified in case that happens.
He will probably make the same amount of mistakes as Keane and people will say "Hes learning, but at least he isnt Keane".not really, expecting him to be better than keane is a fairly low bar

Marcel Brands signed him.….not sure that’s the case. Posters want him to be good but we realise that only time will tell us if he will be. I’m a little pessimistic about him and I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking that so my expectations are easily managed. I hope he’s a big success, it would be a major plus and I’d be the first to congratulate my nemesis, Thelwell.

Ok I opened his thread and literally the two latest posts before mine said he was Stones mark two and that he was going to be a 50 mil player I'd say that was sky high expectation myself but right you are that must be normal in your worlds.….not sure that’s the case.
