That one seems fairly solid. I'd just throw together the extra whatever for the actual iPad though really.
Although that said, I think they're plain garbage anyway. Get a laptop.

Both infinitely bosser than the iPad - from a technical point at least, though obviously they won't make you cool, like an Apple product does.
The Xoom looks absolutely ace. I'm sure they'll be the usual Apple dirt-mongering but it should be massive. The Samsung one has a better camera like, if you're bothered about stuff like that....

Most of the stuff I do involves sitting down and typing for a few hours, whether it's code or written word, so for my purposes an iPad is thoroughly pointless, but it's each to their own.
I just pity those who buy an iPad just to have an iPad, rather than because they have any practical use for it.

get one of those 100 quid android jobbies, it may not be the latest version (cos there's always a newer version on the go) but then it will be £100. At least you'll get to see if a tab is what you want.

loadfs on ebay..Jarg Ipads on Ebay, don't moan that not as good as ipad, if thats what you want then pay the hefty hike in price
on another note, holidays are usually a good indicator of gadgets taking off by the amount using them, I saw 1 Kindle in 3 weeks, lots reading books but only the 1 kindle.
