Exactly Louie, I've been saying it all season the recruitment team and Moyes aren't on the same page and as such the transfer strategy is muddled hence why Aznou and Dibling have been used appallingly by 'I want premier league tested players' Moyes

Which is basically the opposite quality to what you want in someone heading up your transfers - stubborn, overly certain of their own opinions and unwilling to take on board new or contrary information that might go against his preconceptions.

Works well when you are the entire footballing setup of a club for a very long time, so your needs are basically all that matters, but absolutely crap in most situations (including our current one)

This would explain why he won't give players like Aznou a game too as he's obsessed with their weaknesses to such a point he can't look at their strengths so prefers a mediocre yet more solid performer in Mykolenko
