I dont but the "we can't attract etc..." pay them top dollars and they will come. If TFG wants to make money out of everton, then they have made a huge mistake buying us. You need to spend really big initially before you can actually break even in the pl, let alone making money.

I don’t know what they plan to do tbh from what I’ve seen i don’t see much difference especially in the mentality side of things.

In any other profession you'll be sacked. The recruitment team has failed, and is failing...they had months to identify targets and monitor them...it feels like they start from scratch every time

I'm pretty sure trying to sign full backs would definitely not be a panic buy. We haven't had a good left back since Baines retired and we haven't had a good right back since Coleman started to become much less available a couple of years ago.

I'd actually like to see a little panic so that we finally upgrade those positions! It also shouldn't be that difficult to improve on our options at full back!

Don’t forget we can’t do any business until after the World Cup, and then the big clubs must feast first, so I reckon by 2nd week in August we should be able to pounce on our top long term targets.
