It`s a bit tongue in cheek but 777 could earn support by transferring 2 players like Dragusin (Gone to Spurs) and Gomes to Everton to show the strength in a multi club group, they won`t because they can`t afford to, they need cash which is the reality.

Putting players in with an agreed fee could be another play to get more equity, I think they still take over because the spineless PL want rid of us as a club.

Nothing more Everton than getting taken over by 777 and Dragusin scoring the winner for Spurs having been sold to them by our owners from a sister club.

I think the fact that they dont actually own Everton currently would be a major stumbling block.
