You can loan four foreign if you wanted, theres just a cap on two domestic.

Im not sure if they reduced it to three max loans though at some point.

Because Rennes are absolutely stacked for attacking talent and he is only 20, so in those situations, younger players tend to be benched.

Doku is 20 too but was there before him. They also have Terrier, Kalimuendo, Gouiri and (even though he's not a forward) Bourigeaud who plays on the right side of midfield. Probably a few more too whose names escape me. Sulemana is a young lad who will want to be playing regularly.

No, don't think that's the case. 2 domestic at any one time, 4 domestic allowed in total over the course of the season. Loans from foreign clubs (apart from Welsh ones) don't count towards the totals.

Yeah correct. Though FIFA limits set a total of 6 at any one time, so 2 domestic and 4 foreign at any one time (or 1 & 5)
