Wrong mate, Walsh relies heavily on statistics/analytic and both Klassen and Williams before signing posted very good sets of those.

Stek & Martina - 100% Koeman signings, after that though no one can be sure exactly who suggested or pushed for certain players more out of more senior players signed, the young players are almost certainly going to be Walsh signings with some in conjunction with Unsworth - mainly ones short of pushing straight into the first team ofc

That comes down to ambition and money, it's yet to be decided if we have either.
