That's a goer with the RS if you ask me. He's going to run down his contract anyway and has said he won't leave this window. Burnley know they will probably lose him so a chance to make 3m plus keep him for rest of the season is a no brained. Bascombe is a tosser but Barrett is usually o.k with RS related stuff.

Yep if it comes off it is a clever move because whether he's good or not 3m is worth a punt. Not the type of striker Liverpool fans will want though so we can sleep easy if that's who they are targeting. Still shopping at Aldi along with the rest of us if that's who they are after.
