He was a very good player circa 2009-2011 mate. Just Neymar taking away his hype, El Sharaawey coming through, new manager not rating him and mainly injuries halted him.

Right team and right manager and he could be one of the best in the league at least.

My nerves were on edge because of him in 2008 when we went away to the San Siro. Lucky we didn't concede too many chances against him but Kaka and Pirlo etc. still kept finding him good chances to score a few times. He got away from our defence nicely a couple times.

Hasn't really found his form since getting over his injuries and moving back to Brazil. Had a few loan moves and just not looked like the Pato of old but as an option upfront and out wide, I'd consider it. Look at Bojan at Stoke, didn't have the best of times at Roma, Milan & Ajax but as looked class at times at Stoke.

Good point yeah. Bojan slipped through everyone's fingers, Stoke got him for 6 mill what a bargain. That's crazy. Pato is worth a good punt imo.

TBF Bojan looked utter gash at Ajax but hes took to this league so well, looks a steal now
