usually yes but it can be brought on by an allergic reaction to something like horse hair or pet hair and then 'disappear' again. I developed it on holiday some years ago because I came into contact with a certain type of feather pillow (honest I'm not joking)
I've had a few attacks since then but always as a reaction to something. I'm classed as asthmatic but very, very rarely use an inhaler.
I have no idea what the implications are for his fitness, it didnt make much difference to me, I'm built for comfort rather than speed!

Aye id say its pretty managable hes proabably had it while but just recently diagnosed - it was mentioned in an article with Moyes saying that Louis is the fittest and sharpist he has been since he came to the club so i wont be panicking.
No problem for King Louis.
