Yesterday was unfortunate for him .
But Bournemouth were stronger than us throughout.
Overall he’s always been a solid performer for us but he has never been one of our memorable centre backs , very average .

Yeah he’s a decent to good level CB with the odd mistake in him. Yesterday was very poor. We need better long term but it is what it is.

I like him a lot, but he does seem to implode on occasion. He reminds me of Yobo in respect of just falling apart sometimes.

I think his form has dropped off in general this season. Not that he’s been terrible, just had more shaky performances and moments than he had previously. He’s also annoyingly naive sometimes for somebody with his experience.

Not sure we're playing as low as we did under Dcyhe, i think we are pushing out more, or the centre back are asked t play higher.

Hes played very low most of this career so we might see an adjustment for a while.

Fans will never be happy, let's just lump it up to Beto who didn't win a header all game, and is perfectly obvious its not his game or we get a manager who wants to play football and play out from the back like what Moyes is asking now.

He will be better for that performance yesterday he is old enough and experienced enough to know his performance wasn't acceptable but hopefully he will bounce back from it unless the fans want to slate him on wed as well.

He has been part of the reason why pickford and Everton have kept all the clean sheets this season, the same last season Pickford him and Branthwaite the best in the league

I think 'wasn't acceptable' is being very kind for a 1/10 performance.

Probably his worst performance for us. Shame, but he's been a good signing. Not many times I can remember being fuming with him after a game. All is forgiven if it's just a one off.

Yobo was better overall. Had one clanger every game, which could vary from ‘no harm done’ to throwing away the game, so you just hoped he got it out of the way early doors, but he was solid otherwise.

I like the lad too but once we get a RB in, he should be cover for Branthwaite and O’Brien.

We're still the same bottom half team Mike, bad day for him yesterday and he knows it.

He does have games like that,but he's also very capable of forgetting about them, so wouldn't be surprised if he has a good game against the rs.
