I was about say this. Mina playing for his country scores for fun. Mina has scored, what, twice for us in 2-3 years? It makes no sense.I was going to say DCL would be heading that over the bar. But then I realized who scored.
Mina was so dominant in the air in the World Cup. I'm surprised he hasn't been so much for us.
Hes played james at RM for Bayern before I believe

Still about 55 more than Sigurdsson!
It’s more his creativity that gets me excited.
Literally we don’t have a single player who can create things like this.
TBF next to him injuring himself doing stepovers on our goal line it seems perfectly reasonable.
Just watched that video and the vision and finesse is top class. Seeing the outside of the boot passes in Royal Blue will be a joy
Eto? Gascoigne? Ball?Rooney came back to us as a burnt out boozy, granny goosing, party animal.
James, different gravy altogether. Probably the highest profile (worldwide) of any player we have signed. I so hope this happens.
He is a genius. Some are going to flip over his magic, talent and effectiveness on the pitch.Just watched that video and the vision and finesse is top class. Seeing the outside of the boot passes in Royal Blue will be a joy
I think so, yes. Ball was, and still is, my favourite Everton player of all time. I was fortunate enough to have watched Bally throughout his Everton career. Extremely high profile nationally but not so much worldwide.Eto? Gascoigne? Ball?
He does but I hope he has the sense to play the best formation for the players he has. I don’t see the sense in buying a creative player and then sticking him in a position where he can’t influence the game as much as he can. I know he has played Rodriguez on the right side of midfield before. If we get all three midfielders I would go for 4-3-3 with two holding mids. I would hope Allan and Doucoure could sort themselves out and each would drive forward with the ball or join in attacks when the opportunity presents itself.Does Carlo not favour 4-4-2?
It’s the balls played through the middle that are eye catchers. Especially the one at the likes of 7:40. 100% any of our current midfielders get the ball there they turn around and pass back to full back.
