Say what you want about the lad as a footballer but that's a terrible injury to suffer. Hamstrings are one thing, a break is another. I was watching on TV and Coleman was sat there white as a ghost and got up from his seat I assume to go and sit with McCarthy down below, says it all really. Poor lad. Everton have no luck this past 12 months and this season is just a nightmare.

You wouldn't get many other of our players throwing themselves in front of a shot like that. Say what you want about the lad but he's just put his body on the line for the club and suffered in a horrendous way.
