I agree. People have highlighted that Koeman is targeting big, fast, hard working players. Surely McCarthy fits that profile and will accordingly be given a chance.

Good point that mate. I know nothing of Davis when he arrived down there, but he's certainly a crucial player for them popping up everywhere.

The thing is: McCarthy when fit has a great range of movement. He's shown at times he can get up in support and snatch a goal. Not enough times, for sure. I was always confident Koeman would see him as his type of player.
