Anyone know if James McCarthy is close to a comeback?

I think if he was on the pitch we don't draw from 2-0 up on Saturday.

Also by the look of Ross has lost a lot of weight to get himself in peak condition for his new club Chelsea. Well in Rossy lad you no longer have an arse the size of the rear end of the Queen Mary. Really respected Everton didn't he, can see why some of our fans on here still pine after him and blame the club. :oops::coffee:

Not me mate, there was rumour of awkward dings with some dubious characters.
 

McCarthy seems to be the forgotten man. It is so far ago since he played regularly, I can't remember how bad he was. I vaguely recall he was one of our "crab" players going sideways and backward? Perhaps I am doing him a disservice.
 

If he is close to a return, it's a boost to us.

Forgotten man over the last two seasons. It's a shame but there's still a player there.
