He suffered playing under Dyche mate, tried to make him into a DM which is not really his game. Jimmy has said this in a magazine interview he gave a while back, he certainly is no fan of gravel chops. At Forest he was much more attack minded, Moyes has him somewhere in the middle and it seems to suit him, letting him just do his thing.the difference in his game to this time last year is outstanding

Obvious to our eyes but stacks up against every other player in the league too - he's simply one of the best crossers in the country and top class at winning the ball too.
This is why I understand people still calling to play him at RB. In the future I want to see him on the left side of a midfield three so he can get into those crossing positions more.
