After watching that documentary which was on ITV yesterday, it makes me sick that those 2 horrible [Poor language removed] are living their lives like us.

Makes me sick.

Obviously i was only young, can anyone give me more of an insight into what happened when it all came out?

He was the same age as my brother and he looked a LOT like him. As every aspect of the case came out it got even more utterly shocking. Im not ashamed to admit that i cried when i read what they did to him. As for his attackers they were at a very young age, but they still shouldnt be able to just carry on.

Here's what I said on another forum:

Every time I think of this case I feel so much anger it's untrue. I'm around 3 years younger than the evil bastards (I wont try to define them because I can never get even close to an accurate term) who did it & at the time it shocked me to the core. As Kevo's just mentioned, to let them out because they were 10 & 11 at the time & didn't know what they were doing is utter [Poor language removed] bullshit. They knew how evil they were being yet they still chose to do it & so they shouldn't have ever felt the fresh air of freedom for as long as they lived.

Ideally they should have been tortured daily until they were fortunate enough to die but we all know that would never happen nowadays so at the very least they should have spent the rest of their pathetic existences in jail. The fact that they're walking around free now, living a completely new life pisses me off beyond belief. I've never had any faith in the British justice system since they were given their freedom, I don't give a [Poor language removed] how old they were or if they've learned their lesson & will never do anything like it again, the fact is they did it in the 1st place & so should be punished properly for it.

People are forever getting jailed for things such as not paying tax, money laundering, minor driving offences etc & there are people like this walking the streets, it's a [Poor language removed] terrible state of affairs. Anyway, I'm labouring my point now so I'll shut up

the public has the right to be told where they are, they could be living next door, down the street and you havent got the right to know. the public has paid for their "rehabilitation" that has apparently been so successful that they are deemed to be allowed out, we deserve the right at least to know where they are.

The thing is, people will go looking for revenge, no one should waste risking their life in prison for one of these horrible [Poor language removed].

I'm sure a relative of James would feel it was worth it if they got their hands on them.

cal, one of them was in a unit at newton-le-willows called redbank, thats a coupleof miles from me, now one day we went to a park in warrington and there was this gang of teens who it was obvious were on some kind of supervised visit but were just doing what they wanted whilst being watched, now this creature couldve been there mingling with kids "as part of his rehab", i dont want him anywhere near my kids.
now he is out he could be right near me and i dont have the right to know, i have 3 young kids and i dont want anyone who is or has been capable of doing what they did going/living/driving past my kids. they have lost any rights imo when they took away that little lads right to live.

kel when I was nurse and some really bad people where released(its not only men who are evil)they are placed in the community usually in a housing association place. in a place they are not known and given the chance that they denied the victim,so what if they re-offend its just hard luck if you happen to be living by them when they return to their evil ways, you will of course note that the people making the decisions never have them living by them no chance shove them on the average family not the well off. sorry but this was a sore point .the number of times these animals where released and then re-offended.the Bastards that killed Poor Jamie are only sorry they got caught and lets be honest now have a better standard of life than they would have had but for their evil crime so who says crime doesn't pay

they should be followed, harrassed and made to feel uneasy and insecure until they crack and are found with a dirty needle in their arm having choked on their own vomit or swinging from runcorn bridge. they should be hounded until they leave this earth.

What makes things worse mate, is those horrible [Poor language removed] are probably living better lives than us all when they should have rotted in hell.

they would be looked after in prison thats for certain, held as hero's, in the end tey would be released as they would be the worst example of locking someone up in the publics interest that there has ever been.
all the mr.bigs would want to shake their hands and they would be on a free ticket for whatever they wanted.
